This crew was awesome! Told me 3 days to rebuild the crumbling tops of my really tall chimneys in the hottest heat streak yet this summer and they got it done! I was absolutely pleased with the level of service I received from A&S Chimney Services, LLC. The technicians were on-time, friendly, and very professional; they discovered the issue with my fireplace right away and was able to remedy the problem in the same visit. A&S chimney service didn’t do anything when they came to my house. They were suppose to. Do a inspection. They didn’t take pictures didn’t clean the chimney.Charged me $99.00 for 0 work. I asked for a receipt 3 times; no response.Stay as far away as you can from this company. They’ll rip you off.

A&S rebuilt our wood burning firebox and corrected its geometry so smoke no longer backs up. The went out of their way to accommodate our schedule. Their hardworking crew were extremely careful and very polite. There was one very minor adjustment to our chimney damper that we needed and Juan promptly sent his crew back and took care of it.I couldn’t more highly recommend them!

I CALLED THIS COMPANY TO CLEAN MY CHIMNEY, AND THEY GAVE ME A TIME AND NEVER CAME OR CALLED, SO I CALLED BACK AND THEN THEY GAVE ME ANOTHER TIME AND DATE, TO WHICH THEY NEVER CALLED OR CAME. I CALLED BACK FOR THE THIRD TIME AND SAID THAT I WOULD BE GONE OVER THE WEEKEND, AND TO PLAN TO GET ME ON MONDAY, TO WHICH THEY NEVER CAME OR CALLED. THEY MAY HAVE GOOD RATINGS, BUT A POOOOOR ONE FROM ME. THANKS FOR YOUR TIME.

We bought a home and inherited a situation where one fireplace leaked smoke into the other fireplace. Our upstairs would fill with smoke. These guys kept coming back (even on Sundays!!) and stuck with it until the situation got resolved. They were very professional and courteous and did good work. They definitely know what they are doing. Cleaned up after themselves too. They rebuilt the top of the chimney and everything looks great. Installed new liners, reparged all for a very good price. We are very pleased.

I had to redo a lot; the crown, the full firebox, chimney lining and redo a bunch of the bad mortar. The end result looks better than I could have ever imagined. Alex and his team are very responsive, honest and hardworking. If you need work done to your chimney, definitely use A & S Chimney. You will not be disappointed!
